Parramatta Light Rail is one of the NSW Government’s major infrastructure projects being delivered to serve a growing Sydney, helping to create new communities, connect great places and help both locals and visitors move around and explore what the region has to offer.

The Parramatta Light Rail will connect Westmead to Carlingford via the Parramatta CBD and Camellia with a two-way track spanning 12 kilometres, and is expected to open in 2023.

Id Planning was contracted to act as Personal Manager (Acquisitions) for property acquisitions within the Parramatta CBD acting as the conduit between Transport for NSW property team and affected property owners. Id Planning’s Ian Wilson provided support to property owners being acquired to ensure the property acquisition and relocation process was as seamless as possible. He worked closely with owners throughout the process to provide support and to find solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
